At the top of our priorities is making sure that our staff get home safe after a days’ work. We take the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and visitors very seriously and constantly seek to reduce hazards, educate and enhance practices that have lasting benefits.
In line with legislative requirements Anderson Recruitment & Training has a system for Work Health and Safety procedures and policies designed to eliminate potential hazards and adverse health impacts on our staff and others who we interact with. The beginning of this process involves minimising risk through a rigorous interview and induction system that ensures the supply of reliable and qualified staff to suit our clients’ specifications. This in turn increases the performance, efficiency and peace of mind that comes with having the right people for the job.
As a critical aspect of any venture, ART will undertake a Risk Management Assessment. This document will be accompanied by a Risk Management Plan which will capture ongoing safety measures for work place safety.
