Chris Anderson and Kevin Moore played and coached at the highest levels representing the national team as well as clubs the Canterbury Bulldogs, Cronulla Sharks and Melbourne Storm.

Since founding Anderson Recruitment with Chris, Kevin has been responsible for creating the platform and infrastructure that will enable Anderson Recruitment to achieve their vision as well as leveraging his exceptional network of contacts to help grow the business.

Katie has worked in the Recruitment industry for over 10 years. She started her career within a large International Recruitment organisation running a perm business and from there she went on to work for an ASX listed recruitment firm. Katie’s focus was on both commercial and PSA clients ensuring service delivery was of the highest standard for both the client and candidate. From there she forged a career in managing recruitment teams within both the labour hire and permanent recruitment sectors.

Katie decided to take the plunge and join Anderson Recruitment & Training in 2017, the business model was what convinced her to make the move. The strong focus on a high touch service delivery model is what Katie loves most about Anderson Recruitment & Training.

Katie is the Operations Manager that has been tasked with ensuring the operation deliverables of Anderson Recruitment & Training are being met. She works closely with both the delivery and sales team, mentoring and coaching each individual to ensure they reach their fullest potential.

Katie’s industry knowledge and experience is what makes her successful in her recruitment career, along with her passion for ensuring each member of her team delivers the same high touch service delivery model which attracted her to the business.

Ben Anderson from a young age, showed passion and talent within Rugby League, resulting in a professional football career of 6 years on both a national and international scale. Upon retirement, he went on to forge a career within the Building Construction, Mining and Infrastructure industries, working on several building sites across Australia in which the same talent and passion was recognised.

In 2013, Ben joined the family business, Anderson Recruitment & Training where he worked as a hosted employee managing the NBN contract for 18 months. His desire to make a difference, and to improve working conditions for day labourers within the labour hire industry lead him to an Account manager role. Within this role he worked to ensure that employees would get the chance to have the same work conditions and rights as a permanent employee’s. This mantra, embedded within Bens work, has lead him to build a business based on his underpinning values to treat his employees with respect, honesty and integrity, also ensuring that they are given the best service our industry has to offer.

Ben works closely with the operations team to help mentor and guide recruiters on creating and maintaining the best practises and highest service delivery within the industry. Ben prides himself on mentoring both Anderson Recruitment & Training’s internal and external workforce by ensuring we provide an environment for each individual to reach their fullest potential.

Evy has an extensive background within the retail sector, having over 25 years’ experience managing sizeable retail teams for large international Retail Brands.

Evy’s passion for service delivery lead to her to join Anderson Recruitment & Training in 2017. Her ability to drive and meet client goals through the collaboration of an in-depth recruitment process, and measuring project milestones against desired outcomes, has allowed her to consistently engage and retain highly skilled and qualified workers. Evy has comprehensive experience managing; staffing levels, budgets, service delivery and driving corporate goals, and these skills are instrumental in her success within the recruitment industry.

The skill sets Evy acquired throughout her experience in retail has been evidently transferable to the recruitment industry, and each of her peers will vouch that she is a vital asset to the ART team.

Simeon has over 7 years hands on building industry experience in the developing business networking and leveraging relationships to meet new business prospects. This has given Simeon the ability and experience to identify critical networking and abilities between construction industry businesses, and use his established network of contacts within the different construction industries, to help implement tailored labour and recruitment solutions specifically to each client’s needs. With his industry experience, Simeon is truly able to take a consultative approach and prides himself on building ongoing relationships with his clients.

Bree Webb began her career in Recruitment at the age of 19, where her passion for the industry was immediately recognisable. Through learning the fundamentals of recruiting within the recruitment resource role, she quickly built strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and through a focus on service and delivery her high volume recruitment desk flourished.

Bree is a strong believer in treating everyone with respect, which has resulted in her building and establishing a loyal candidate database that trusts her to provide great work opportunities. Her clients value the hard work, knowledge and commitment Bree demonstrations in all aspects of her work.

Bree has over 3 years of experience working with some of Australia’s largest FMCG, Building & Construction and Manufacturing Clients across NSW and prides herself on the ability to find those “tough” to fill roles with quality candidates. Bree works in Anderson Recruitment & Trainings blue collar desk working closely with the account management team to source productive and skilled employees for her clients.

Guy began working with overseas candidates and assisting them through the immigration process over 2 years ago. Guy is passionate about ensuring the immigration process is adhered to and helping his candidates settle into Australia and become productive employees at his host client sites.

Guy’s strong values regarding respect, honesty and understanding allows him to build strong and lasting relationship with his candidates. Guy is well respected amongst his candidates and colleagues for his commitment to helping everyone reach their potential.

Guy works with each individual to understand their skills and experience and helps to match them with potential employers. He also helps each individual to settle into Australia and assists with licences, accommodation, and other areas to ensure his employees have a positive experience in Australia.

Ceili Moore, since a young age has shown passion and determination in whichever field she has chosen. At the age of 3 she began dancing, which has since lead her to star in tv shows & movies as well as attaining the title of World Irish Dancing Champion. At the age of 18, she discovered a love for social media, where an international social media campaign landed her a role in Heartbeat of Home by the directors of Riverdance, and further progressed to her performing in Lord of the Dance & Riverdance.

She has now developed this love, where she runs her own business, and is the Anderson Recruitment & Training Marketing Director. Ceili manages our Facebook, Linked-in and Instagram pages, and assists in developing and managing our website.

Paul is experienced in direct interface with clients and all levels of management is a qualified trainer and assessor with 7 years in the VET training arena, with extensive experience across a broad range of specialist areas, including Corporate, Trade, Retail, Management, Competitive Systems & Practices, Warehousing & Logistics., Management, recruiting and deployment of staff, also Paul is a qualified Victorian hand signaller and a track force protection co-ordinator 3.1 level.
