Chris Anderson and Kevin Moore played and coached at the highest levels representing the national team as well as clubs the Canterbury Bulldogs, Cronulla Sharks and Melbourne Storm.

Since founding Anderson Recruitment with Chris, Kevin has been responsible for creating the platform and infrastructure that will enable Anderson Recruitment to achieve their vision as well as leveraging his exceptional network of contacts to help grow the business.
Katie decided to take the plunge and join Anderson Recruitment & Training in 2017, the business model was what convinced her to make the move. The strong focus on a high touch service delivery model is what Katie loves most about Anderson Recruitment & Training.
Katie is the Operations Manager that has been tasked with ensuring the operation deliverables of Anderson Recruitment & Training are being met. She works closely with both the delivery and sales team, mentoring and coaching each individual to ensure they reach their fullest potential.
Katie’s industry knowledge and experience is what makes her successful in her recruitment career, along with her passion for ensuring each member of her team delivers the same high touch service delivery model which attracted her to the business.
In 2013, Ben joined the family business, Anderson Recruitment & Training where he worked as a hosted employee managing the NBN contract for 18 months. His desire to make a difference, and to improve working conditions for day labourers within the labour hire industry lead him to an Account manager role. Within this role he worked to ensure that employees would get the chance to have the same work conditions and rights as a permanent employee’s. This mantra, embedded within Bens work, has lead him to build a business based on his underpinning values to treat his employees with respect, honesty and integrity, also ensuring that they are given the best service our industry has to offer.
Ben works closely with the operations team to help mentor and guide recruiters on creating and maintaining the best practises and highest service delivery within the industry. Ben prides himself on mentoring both Anderson Recruitment & Training’s internal and external workforce by ensuring we provide an environment for each individual to reach their fullest potential.
Evy’s passion for service delivery lead to her to join Anderson Recruitment & Training in 2017. Her ability to drive and meet client goals through the collaboration of an in-depth recruitment process, and measuring project milestones against desired outcomes, has allowed her to consistently engage and retain highly skilled and qualified workers. Evy has comprehensive experience managing; staffing levels, budgets, service delivery and driving corporate goals, and these skills are instrumental in her success within the recruitment industry.
The skill sets Evy acquired throughout her experience in retail has been evidently transferable to the recruitment industry, and each of her peers will vouch that she is a vital asset to the ART team.
Mark joined the Royal Australian Navy from his home town of Blayney New South Wales where he grew up playing Rugby League for the Blayney Bears. He is a keen National Rugby League supporter and a committee member for the Men of League Foundation.
Positions held as a Senior Manager include Contract and Project Management, Training Development, Human Resource Management, Change Management Implementation and Executive Coaching.
Mark is extensively involved in supporting veterans and young Australians across a variety of not for profit organisations including RSL, Legacy and the Veterans for Youth Foundation. In 2009 he received the Order of Australia Medal (military division) for his meritorious service to the Royal Australian Navy.
Bree is a strong believer in treating everyone with respect, which has resulted in her building and establishing a loyal candidate database that trusts her to provide great work opportunities. Her clients value the hard work, knowledge and commitment Bree demonstrations in all aspects of her work.
Bree has over 3 years of experience working with some of Australia’s largest FMCG, Building & Construction and Manufacturing Clients across NSW and prides herself on the ability to find those “tough” to fill roles with quality candidates. Bree works in Anderson Recruitment & Trainings blue collar desk working closely with the account management team to source productive and skilled employees for her clients.
She has now developed this love, where she runs her own business, and is the Anderson Recruitment & Training Marketing Director. Ceili manages our Facebook, Linked-in and Instagram pages, and assists in developing and managing our website.
