Our client is committed to building a better-connected world, the Territory Manager is pivotal to the Company achieving their vision.
  
The Role:

This role is focused on brand awareness, store compliance, coaching, training and supporting the brands goals through customer engagement. Your main responsibility is engaging with Channel Partners by training in store retail staff on products, along with driving sell out figures in your dedicated area.  You will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Retail Channel Relationships
  • Build and maintain close relationships with Retail Store Managers and Frontline staff
  • Identify and build rapport with key store stakeholders to maintain influence during staff turnover (i.e. Introduce to new management)
  • Executes visit expectations of the National Retail Operations Manager in accordance with communicated Key Account focus and initiatives
  • Respond to stakeholder feedback (complaints, compliments, etc.) in a respectful and timely manner with the intention of satisfactory solutions for both Client and the customer
  • Reports back to business all relevant information that may affect or impact Channel Relationship
  • Reports store/regional level performance analysis to identify areas of opportunities and work with account teams to drive change
  • Adhere to agreed call cycle visits and re-schedule if required
  • Identify local area marketing opportunities (LAM) and offer support
  • Training Channel Staff
  • Organise and execute product and sales training through training, demonstration, presentations and instruction (initial, after product launch and ongoing)
  • Identify store training opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Assist with event support, VIP visits, company/channel events as dictated by management
  • Respond to stakeholder feedback in a respectful and timely manner
  • Company promotional and advertising materials
  • In-store execution of merchandising strategy as dictated by the trade marketing team
  • Maintains compliance of promotional materials in accordance with company policy and procedures and promotional drive Drives awareness in store on upcoming changes such as planogram refreshes/promotions
  • Reporting and Company Records
  • Identify and implement call cycle plan based on business focus and in accordance with store directives
  • Submission of Weekly/Monthly reporting as outlined by National Operations Manager (Feedback Report
  • Submission of training reporting as outlined by National Training Manager (RSP training records, percentage of RSP’s trained per state, training feedback from RSP’s, Territory Supervisor training plans)
  • Engage with internal and external Learning & Development teams to provide feedback in creating create best in class training and set strategic “Go to Market” direction

The Criteria:
  
This role is focused on coaching and training retail staff and sell out results, the role will require the successful candidate to hit the ground running, previous experience with device technology is a MUST! You will also have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment
  • Experience with training retail staff both in house and after hours
  • Proven experience creating and delivering training content
  • In store Coaching & Development experience
  • Must have exceptional customer engagement skills and be well presented!
